St Paul's, Covent Garden

We are located in the busy West End of London and, as well as being the Parish Church of Covent Garden, we are affectionately known as The Actors’ Church because of our long association with the theatre community.

This beautiful church, built by Inigo Jones, has been here since 1633 and we are also proud to have an attractive churchyard where people can rest and find some peace and quiet in what can be a stressful and busy part of the city.

Services are held every Sunday (at 11am) and Wednesday lunchtimes (1.10pm). We also host a wide variety of theatre, memorial services and concerts, totalling almost 300 events annually.

Safeguarding

"The parish of St Paul Covent Garden is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer, PSO, and Children's Champion. The Diocese of London’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."
