Address
1 Tippett Meadow St Columb, TR9 6TY, United Kingdom

Julian meetings are held at The Rectory on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm to share silence together.

Julian Meetings foster the practice of contemplative prayer in the Christian tradition and are named after Julian of Norwich, a fourteenth-century mystic.

In contemplative prayer, we seek to be aware of the presence of God and to remain silently and attentively in that presence. For those who are drawn to contemplative prayer, meeting with others in this way can be a great help and encouragement.

Safeguarding

"Our parish of St Enoder is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Truro’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Kat Bromfield or the Head of Safeguarding, Diocesan Safeguarding Officer, Andy Earl - [email protected] - 01872 274351 (Thirtyone:Eight T 0303 003 11 11). If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
