St Bartholomew

Welcome! We would love to hear from you.

We are ordinary people from diverse backgrounds who welcome others to join us as we journey together as followers of Jesus Christ. We long for God’s Holy Spirit to transform our lives and communities in ways that show our faith and place God above all things.

The small church building (seating 120) is medieval but it was restored and furnished in Victorian times. It has recently been refurbished with a new heating system and wheelchair access.

The parish of Kirby Muxloe: St Bartholomew is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). The Diocese of Leicester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services
