An opportunity to absorb the beauty of the building and recieve peace. simply turn up and relax. Slow down, listen to some relaxing music, reflect and enjoy some quiet and space for your own thoughts. Times of silence and breathing exercises also included.
No need to say anything, no religious knowledge or affiliations expected.
Come and go as you please. Church opens at 5.30pm, 30 minutes of relaxation…..from 6:15pm.
