Many people came to enjoy the first ever Christmas Tree Festival that All Saints’ had put on. There was a selection of trees ranging from memorial to those using recycled materials, It really was a magnificent display of trees and the Fund Raising Committee thanked all who displayed as a lot of effort had been put in.The festival was community led with free entry and not done for money but the committee were pleased to announce that donations amounted to £156 were kindly received. Light refreshments were available including mulled apple juice and mince pies.It is hoped to grow this event next year so families can enjoy a piece of Christmas in the leed up to the actual day.
