The members of Crosby PCC (St George's Church Council) unanimously approved a resolution to offer Prayers of Love and Faith during services of worship, with immediate effect.

Prayers of Love and Faith are available to couples of any gender or sexual orientation who wish to have their love and commitment to each other honoured before God. We will pray with them and for them and joyfully welcome family members and friends to the service to mark this special moment.

As an Inclusive Church, we take this step with love and compassion trusting in these words:

"Beloved, let us love one another, because love is from God; everyone who loves is born of God and knows God." (1 John 4:7)
