We were delighted that St James' was chosen as the venue for Richard Curtis' One Red Nose Day and a Wedding, an update to Four Weddings and a Funeral. Filming, with many of the original cast including Hugh Grant, Andie MacDowell and Kristin Scott Thomas, took place over two days in December 2018 and the film was finally shown on BBC1 during the Comic Relief programming on the evening of Friday 15th March 2019.  Following the refurbishment and decoration carried out in 2018, it was fantastic to see the Church in all it's glory, complete with an entire florist's shop of flowers!
