St Lawrence's is a friendly welcoming church in the Cotswold village of Bourton on the Water. Bourton on the Water attracts many visitors and all are welcome into our church which is open daily. There is usually a communion service on Wednesday morning at 10.00am and our toddler group meet in the church on a Thursday morning.
St Lawrence's is part of the benefice of Bourton on the Water with Clapton and the Rissingtons.
Sunday services at St Lawrence's are as follows:
1st Sunday in the month
11.00am First Sunday Service - 35 minutes for all ages
6.00pm Communion using Common Worship
2nd Sunday in the month
8.00am Communion from the Book of Common Prayer
11.00am Communion using Common Worship
3rd Sunday in the month
11.00am Communion using Common Worship
4th Sunday in the month
8.00am Communion from the Book of Common Prayer
11.00am Communion using Common Worship
5th Sunday in the month
11.00am Communion using Common Worship
A joint service is also held at 9.30am in one of the churches of the benefice every 5th Sunday.
We also have a Saturday Breakfast Church Service on the second Saturday of each month at 9am. Join us for bacon butties, croissants, coffee and juice, along with craft activities and a short, interactive service. All welcome
People of all ages, backgrounds and faiths are welcome in our church.
