1. Am I eligible?
Anyone living in the Parish is entitled to be baptised, married, buried or have their funeral service at St Martin's. There are wider criteria for getting married at our church, and you don't have to have been baptised. However, there may be some circumstances where it is up to the discretion of the vicar. Please get in touch - we'd love to support you during these life events.
2. Is there a fee?The simple answer is that there are fees for a wedding or funeral service, or for a burial of ashes; however, a baptism is free. Part of the fee for these services goes to St Martin's church to contribute to the ongoing expense of the building to provide heating, lighting, and music.
