School Admission
We are happy to support the application to secondary school of our young people. Some schools require completion of their own supplementary form (these are obtained from the relevant school) to confirm regular church attendance.
To allow us to accurately complete these supplementary forms we ask parents/carers to sign a weekly attendance document for each week that they attend with their child/ren.
The attendance document will only need signing once a week and not every time they attend.
It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to ensure that this is signed.
