Café Church & Café Kids

Occuring
Sunday 05 May 2024 Sunday at for 1 hour, 15 mins
Venue
Guilden Sutton Village Hall
Address
Summerfield Road, Guilden Sutton, Chester, CH3 7SW, United Kingdom

Do come along for coffee, croissants and chat at 10am. A short and informal service for adults and fun activities for children begin at 10.30. Café church will continue to explore the theme of conflict and division in complex times. We will watch a couple of video clips altogether, then discuss our responses to these in smaller groups. A service geared towards making us think and question.

House groups run throughout most of the year, allowing six to eight adults to meet weekly at a group leader’s home where they can develop friendships and explore living out faith.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Plemstall: St Peter is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Chester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO [add their details here or use the button to link to a page that shows the info] or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor [add their details here or use the button below to link to your own page that shows the info or the diocesan safeguarding page]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
