Safeguarding Page

Please find information to guide you to people who can help, names, numbers and emails.

Please also find a document Responding Well, a guide to support for victims and survivors of church-based abuse.

If we can do anything else to help please do contact us.

The parish of Bromley St Andrew is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO) Cushla Brennan phone: 07961 718761 or 0208 8579356 or email: [email protected] Please click on "Safeguarding Policy" on the side bar to access the Policy. The Diocese of Rochester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advises our PSO. You can visit the safeguarding pages on our Diocesan website www.rochester.anglican.org/resources/safeguarding/ for additional resources. However, if you or someone you are concerned about is in immediate danger, please call the police on 999. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm, please contact the DSA. You can also contact your local authority Children or Adults Services.

Reporting abuse can be very difficult, if you have either been abused or are being abused now, there is help and support available. Please follow this link:
