An architypal country Church in the heart of the historic village of Horton Kirby and a part of the Darent Valley Benefice together with St John the Baptist, Sutton at Hone and St Margaret of Antioch at Darenth.
Very popular for wedding perhaps due to its atmosphere, fine peal of eight bells and its closeness to a popular wedding reception venue at Court Farm.
Sunday Communion services here are at 8.30am and 10am on the first Sunday of the month with an informal service of Familiy Parise one Sunday in four also at 10am. If there si no service here there will be at one of the other Churches in the Benefice.
St Mary's is also open every Tuesday afternoon during term time from 2pm for free coffee and cake. During the Summer thier renowned cream teas are served in Church every Sunday afternoon.
